Everything sold on this site is a digital product. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are handled under the specific rules below rather than as a blanket money-back guarantee.
When you purchase a diagram pack, the files become available to download immediately. You receive a license to use those files under the terms stated on the product page.
You may request a refund if the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what the product page described, and we are unable to resolve the problem for you. Requests should be made within a reasonable period after purchase, before the files have been extensively used.
Send us a message through the contact page with your order reference and a short description of the problem. This lets us verify the purchase and fix genuine issues quickly.
We review requests as soon as we can, usually within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long the money takes to reappear depends on your bank or payment provider.
We generally cannot refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind after downloading the files, or because a file format is not compatible with software you use — please check the format list on each product page before buying.
